Our first sparkling class was such a blockbuster hit we’ve gone and developed a sequel. But this isn’t an inferior rehash of the original with a poorer plot and over reliance on special effects. Oh no. The journey this time will take us to more exotic locations and feature a line up of distinct sparklers, such as Txokolina from the Basque region of Spain, the criminally underrated red Lambrusco from Emilia-Romagna, the all-too-hip pét nat, and Prosecco Col Fondo which we like to call “the OG Prosecco.”
Though this is Part II no requisite knowledge is required (we’ll introduce the characters and concepts as we go along). Likewise, it is suitable for Part I attendees who want to go deeper and round out their knowledge of offbeat bubblies.
